Last Sunday’s reenactment of Jesus' miracles was presented by the children of New Creation Church of San Diego (NCCSD).
Utilizing a combination of acting, spoken word, singing, and interpretive dance, the youth conveyed a powerful faith in biblical and modern day miracles.
One miracle named Kamari, from their own congregation, was 1 pound eight ounces at birth.
Beverly Jones, Kamari’s grandmother, was responsible for writing and producing the musical.
NCCSD shared a video of radically healed children which came to a triumphant finale as Kamari emerged in person to demonstrate God’s victory.
As the miracle of Jesus turning water into wine was portrayed, the actor preached,
"Don't save the best for last, try God now!" Senior Pastor Gary emphasized that the children were his beacons of hope and the heart of the future of the church. Then the production concluded with the beautifully healthy, now 9 year old Kamari Jones, as he proclaimed the mission of NCCSD, "Spreading the word of God by taking it to the streets."
